I am a native of New Mexico, and moved to Washington, D.C. in 1980. Since 1997, I’ve had a private practice in massage therapy, to which I’ve added the Trager® Approach and energy medicine. I’ve been a Reiki practitioner since 1994. My background includes degrees in music, and in social work, and a seventeen-year career in computer programming. I gratefully acknowledge the varied skills and perspectives from those fields.
My particular passion is the Trager® Approach because of the way that it calls forth the fullness of each of us. My joy is in both individual sessions and class teaching.
I started studying energy work before bodywork, with training in Reiki. That continued a few years later with a three year long apprentice program with energy healer Reverend Sue Greer.
